Oscar the CatPeople who say that animals have no emotional sensitivities or bonds with humans simply display their lack of connection with animals. Okay; you don’t feel anything toward animals. That doesn’t mean they can’t toward you. Though it’s less likely they will if you don’t care for them: so maybe that view is self-fulfilling.

I’ve heard observers chalk up this cat’s gift to narcissistic or scientific reasons; to narcissistic I say whatever.  Scientific, sure, but find some very solid reasons, and I’d believe God gave the cat this rare and wonderful gift anyway.
